Part of the Chubb Elements range, Water safes are perfect for use at home. They are available in several sizes with capacities up to 96 litres, providing plenty of interior space for valuables. Constructed from 3mm-thick steel with an 8mm-thick door, these safes feature reinforced boltwork protected by manganese anti-drilling plates. The bolts themselves are 25mm in diameter. The ECB-S, perhaps Europe’s most renowned security testing agency, have certified these safes to the European EN 14450 S1 standard, meaning these safes carry a cash rating of approximately €2,500. K models come with a secure key lock, which has also been approved by the ECB-S, as has the electronic lock with PIN access which comes on the E models. The electronic lock also comes with an integrated LED light which activates to illuminate the interior of the safe when the door is opened. As a tie-in with the Water range, Chubb Safes will make a yearly donation to WaterAid, an organization which helps the world’s poorer communities to access clean, safe drinking water.
